Easy to move and comfortable to use: Several cart variants are equipped with wear-resistant, quiet rubber wheels in 15 cm, 20 cm, or 21 cm sizes. Combined with the ergonomic handle, they are easy to move and maneuver, even in confined workspaces. This keeps strapping rolls clean and readily accessible. Controlled and clean strap dispensing: Depending on the model, metal ball bearings, a drum brake system, or an automatic brake ensure smooth strapping. This reduces tangling, over-twisting, and unnecessary strap loss. As a result, dispensing is more consistent, and daily work when strapping heavy goods becomes significantly more efficient. Model differences The strapping trolleys differ primarily in the compatible coil size and strap type. There are models for steel coils under 600 mm, as well as models for PET, PP, polyester, or steel coils with a 203 or 406 mm core. Another trolley version is specifically designed for 203 mm rolls. Wheel sizes vary between 15 cm, 20 cm, and 21 cm. Depending on the version, the strap guides utilize ball bearings, a drum brake, or an automatic brake. The steel strap rolls are available in 91 m lengths with a 19 mm width and 0.55 mm thickness, or in 500 m lengths with the same widths and thicknesses. Both pneumatic strapping tools deliver 8500 N of tension but differ in their compatible strap widths: 19 mm or 32 mm. These models utilize either 19 mm or 32 mm strapping bands.
