About this product EPDM or silicone roof pipe collars can be cut to size and, depending on the model, cover pipe diameters from 150 mm to 483 mm, suitable for various roof and pipe configurations. Available in EPDM with an operating range of -55°C to 100°C or in silicone with an extended temperature range of -74°C to 225°C. Resistant to UV radiation, rain, snow, acids, oxidation, and corrosion for long-term use. The flexible collar conforms tightly to the pipe and roof, and in combination with the aluminum base, ensures a secure, watertight, and leak-proof seal. The square or round base, made of 0.6 mm thick aluminum, can be easily shaped to fit pitched or flat roofs and improves sealing performance. Suitable for roofs made of metal, wood, or other materials. Ideal for chimneys, ventilation pipes, stove pipes, pipe penetrations, or tent poles when professionally installed with sealant. Key Differences EPDM models are designed for medium temperature ranges and are particularly suitable for standard pipe penetrations requiring high weather resistance. Silicone models offer a significantly wider temperature range and are ideal for high-heat applications such as exhaust pipes or stovepipes. Square bases provide larger contact surfaces for roofs with flat structures, while round bases are particularly well-suited for curved pipe penetrations. Single sets are suitable for individual installations, while twin packs offer economic advantages for multiple penetrations.
